Harry Cat and his fast-talking friend Tucker Mouse live in an old drainpipe right underneath Times Square in the middle of New York. One day the two friends receive an urgent message for help from Chester Cricket, who lives in the countryside. Immediately Harry and Tucker set off to discover just how they can help an old friend.
