Next week BBC2 begins a trilogy of plays based on the life of Sir James Barrie which tell of his relationship with Sylvia Llewelyn Davies , the sister of Sir Gerald Du Maurier.
Entitled The Lost Boys, the plays chronicle how, on the death of Arthor Llewelyn Davies, Barrie adopted Sylvia's children and made himself responsible for their well-being in place of their father.
In conversation with Sheridan Morley , Nicholas Llewelyn Davies recalls Barrie and provides a unique view of the playwright.
