A feature film starring Kirk Douglas with Eve
Miller Patrice Wymore , Edgar Buchanan Jim Fallon , a charming but unscrupulous lumberman, moves from Wisconsin to California to exploit the giant Redwoods. He meets with opposition from the Quaker community, however, who hold the big trees in almost religious awe.
California's famous giant sequoias form an impressive backcloth in this colourful western adventure.
