On the second stop of her tour of the land of her forefathers, Sujata Barot visits the North-Eastern state of Punjab. She goes to the Golden Temple of the Sikhs in Amritsar, samples real Punjabi food in a dhaba or transport cafe, and visits the site of the Jallianwalla Bagh Massacre. She then journeys on the famous GT (Grand Trunk) road to the princely city of Patiala to meet the Maharaja.
