World Music Day: Live at Lock 17

9.40 Former Specials and Fun Boy Three lead-singer Terry Hall's musical meeting with British-Asian DJ pioneer Mushtaq, which has born fruit this year with the album The Hour of Two Lights, features music and musicians from all over the Middle East, Europe and the UK, including Polish Gypsies, Algerian rappers, Hebrew vocalists and Blur's Damon Albarn.
