18-' Citizens from the Scrap-heap ' Jimmie Moffat was born in a Glasgow slum. When he was scarcely out of his childhood he began a brief and inglorious career of stealing and housebreaking. By the time he was fourteen he was well on the way to becoming a professional criminal. Then he was sent to Thornly Park School, Paisley. This programme describes the training he received there -training that has made of young Jimmie Moffat a citizen who respects the community that once he despised.
