Crime Limited

on BBC One London

A programme that is not just about crime, but which looks at its victims and the people whose lives are affected by crime and its consequences.
The object is to try to right the balance in favour of the people criminals try not to think about - those whom the justice system itself often seems to overlook.
Tonight: a teenager is accused of arson and her parents embark on a fight to clear her name; the young "famous five" heroes who proved instrumental in catching thieves; and how the shooting of a policeman in 1927 initiated an important breakthrough in forensic science.
