All Hallows, Barking-by-the-Tower, is the Guild Centre of Toe H, and the Rev. P. B. Clayton , its vicar, is still its Padre new that it is a world-wide movement of vast influence, as he was when the first Talbot House was founded in the Ypres Salient in 1915.
