IN order to put before the world its achievements in industry and art, the citizens of Rochdale are organizing a special week, when exhibitions will be held in the town and its chief buildings will be thrown open to the public. The Manchester Station is co-operating in this effort, and the Mayor of Rochdale has arranged and will announce the programme to be given this evening.
