Coverage of the biggest test of public opinion since the general election, as voting takes place for the Scottish Parliament and the Welsh Assembly and for local councils across
England. The early part of the programme will focus on the English local government results. Then in the early hours there will be declarations from Scotland, as the shape of the first Edinburgh parliament for almost 400 years emerges. Presented by Nick Robinson in London and James Naughtie
