By'PHILEMON'
In early Savoy Hill days ' Philemon' charmed listeners with talks ' From his window ' on anything and everything. Years have passed, broadcasting has lost something of its pristine wonder and romance, he comes back as a broadcaster to a listening world apt to take things for granted.
But possibly it may be even readier to hear him, for there is a grace in his style as refreshing as primroses in spring. Every fortnight he is to talk to listeners on current fiction. He reintroduces himself to listeners in this week's ' Background to the Broadcast', on page 3.
