Guy Eldridge was a student at the Royal College of Music, where he studied the organ under Sir Walter Alcock. In 1926 he succeeded Dr.
1 John Ireland as organist and choir-master at the Chelsea Parish Church of St. Luke. He first broadcast in 1935, and has been heard a great many times since. He is keenly interested in conducting amateur choirs and orchestras.
