The Perfect Crime?
German financier WolfgangStolzenberg was described as a genius. Bankers, pension funds and wealthy individuals poured millions into his investment company, Castor Holdings. To their amazement, however, Castor collapsed, leaving behind massive debts. Stolzenberg blamed the property crash, but the unravellingof his business empire has revealed a secretive operation with a darker side. John Penycate reports.
