Coverage of the 19th London Marathon. introduced by Sue Barker , which sees more than 30,000 runners flooding the capital's streets between Greenwich and the Mall. An outstanding men's field is headed by the Brazilian runner Ronaldo da Costa , the world's fastest-ever marathon runner, while
Catherina McKiernan of Ireland, last year's winner of the women's event and Olympic women's champion, faces no shortage of competition.
