Dylan Winter challenges two catering tutors to recreate a Roman banquet that the Emperor Claudius might have eaten after the invasion of Britain in the first century AD. With the help of archaeologists, food historians and military re-enactors from the notoriously barbaric 14th Legion, they draw up a menu that relies heavily on fish sauce, honey and vinegar.
