Wildlife on One: Vampire

on BBC One London

Vampires have dominated folklore for over 2,000 years - symbols of the supernatural and things that go bump in the night. In South America the vampire lives on! In forests and caves, in flight, at home and on the hunt, this intimate study shows that in spite of their bizarre blood-lapping habit, vampire bats are social creatures capable of great gentleness.
