Talk by C. F. Hickling
C.M.G., SC.D.
Fisheries Adviser. Colonial Office
As a means of overcoming protein shortage in the tropics, vigorous efforts are being made to increase the supply of fish from all sources, including fish farming. Dr. Hickling has recently returned from tours of a number of Colonial territories, where he has seen and advised on the work being done both to improve methods and to introduce fish farming into territories where it is at present not used.
