Tonight starring Walter Pidgeon Anne Francis and Robby the Robot
AD 2200: a space cruiser lands on the planet Altair-4, apparently inhabited only by Dr Morbius, his daughter and their faithful servant Robby the Robot. But the planet has a deadly secret which the mysterious Morbius is very reluctant to reveal.... Based loosely on Shakespeare's The Tempest, this influential classic has left its mark on many later science fiction films.
