Script by Robert Turley
Productions by Betty Davies and Keri Lewis
Mrs. Freeman left Chelsea and went to stay with Henry. Vivien Kendrick told Mike Farrell she couldn't marry him. Dr. Dale was reading McNeil's book in the garden when Grandfather Dale and Flora arrived unexpectedly; he left the book out and it got soaked by rain in the night. Flora decided to take one of Maud French's flats against Grandfather Dale's wishes. When McNeil found what had happened to his book he was very angry, but Mrs. Dale offered to help him to re-write it.
