The Oklahoma City bombing of 19 April 1995 was the most devastating act of terrorism on American soil until 11 September 2001. One of the 168 people who lost their lives in Oklahoma City was Paul Ice. Forthe past seven years, Paul's sister, Kay Fulton , has dedicated herself to the anti-terrorist cause.
