When teenager Bobby Cavalero is arrested on a street known as a gay pick-up spot, he confesses that he has been having an affair with an older man. Even though his mother tries to be understanding, his father can accept only the values of old-fashioned masculinity and rejects him. But facing the scorn of his father and the ridicule of his classmates is only the beginning.... This sensitive and controversial drama is directed by Herbert Wise , best known for his work on I, Claudius.
