Lucie Skeaping joins the harpsichordist Gary Cooper for a brief taste of Domenico Scarlatti's wonderfully original and colourful keyboard writing as featured in the celebrated Venice Codex - the most comprehensive collection of Scarlatti's sonatas. Today's music was recorded at this year's York Early Music Festival.
