Drama: Casualty 8.05pm BBC1
This is very much Sunny's episode, although you'd never guess it at the beginning because the lanky porter hasn't turned up for work. It turns out there is nothing too sinister about his absence - he's just gone down to the travel agency to book a holiday. However, it's a sign of just how upset he is over what happened to Sam (who appears to have recovered from the attack and is "staying with a mate" for a while) - something his insensitive colleagues have failed to notice. As the day progresses, Sunny is repeatedly put into potentially dangerous situations and eventually he snaps. Still, at least it means a respite from Tina, Chloe and Sean snapping at each other; they have come to a probably brief but thankfully silent truce. JR

Gerald Kyd, who plays Sean, talks about his kind of day on page 138.
