There are now over two million adults of working age claiming long-term sickness and disability benefits, at a cost of over £14 billion a year to the taxpayer. The government now wants to cut the bill, to get many of those categorised as sick or disabled into employment. Panorama asks whether it can be justified to cut benefits to those who say they cannot work.
