The first of two programmes presented by Texan singer and songwriter Radney Foster. As one half of the duo Foster and Lloyd, Radney is no stranger to the country charts, especially since his solo chart debut two years ago. Tonight he includes his current hit The Running
Kind, tracks from his first two albums and songs by his country music heroes and friends such as Buck
Owens, Merle Haggard , Johnny Cash ,
Dwight Yoakam and Alan Jackson.
After 8.00 Radney is joined by British country music presenter Bob Kilbey who casts his eye over country's "Golden Girls".
