The Claims of Theology

on BBC Radio 3

Professor A. J. Ayer delivers a studio version of the last in his recent series of Gifford Lectures.
In this lecture he examines the traditional arguments for the existence of God and rejects them all as inadequate. He concludes, however, that morality does not depend on belief in God, and that life can have meaning for us without this belief.
