Bananas from the West Indies, oil and grain from the Persian Gulf, nuts, cocoa beans and palm oil from the West Coast, of Africa. Each week at the Docks at Avonmouth, tramp steamers discharge their cargoes. Ewart Brookes is going to reconstruct in the studio scenes from the voyages of steamers docked the same week at Avonmouth.
