Mud baths may be coming back into fashion as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. In recent years interest in Britain's historic spas and their cures has grown. Kate Kavanagh reports from Harrogate's Royal Baths Hospital, where alongside the latest medical treatments patients are offered this
