Coming of age drama, starring Judy Davis

Simon Henderson goes home to spend Christmas with his divorced parents in Toronto. However, on arrival, his father informs him that his mother is in hospital. Simon returns to his boarding school, but early in the New Year his mother arrives unexpectedly, and he begins to realise the extent of her problems.
