A mouth-watering double-bill as England meet European champions, Holland, and Scotland face tough opponents, Sweden.
For many observers, England's match with Holland represents the most tantalising of the first-phase encounters. The Dutch are strongly fancied to add a World Cup-winning campaign to their successful time in West Germany two years ago.
England, beaten 3-1 by Holland in the European Championship, will be looking to the match as a realistic measure of whether they can go on to win the World Cup themselves.
