A triple bill from the first May meeting at Haydock Park, with races at 1.30, 2.00 and 2.30. Richard Pitmand, Peter Scudamore and John Hanmer commentate.

Defending champion Ian Stark is attempting to win his fourth Badminton title, but he will face stiff competition from a talented field drawn from 16 countries. Commentary by Michael Tucker , Lorna Clarke , Lucinda Green and Clare Balding.

2.15, 2.40, 3.40 Rugby Union: Toulouse v Munster
Live coverage of the first semi-final in this season's European Cup (kick-off 3pm). Although Munster have been unbeatable at home this season, the trip to Bordeaux will be an altogether more testing mission for Mick Galwey's men. With home advantage, Toulouse will be the favourites this afternoon, and will be aiming to continue the excellent French record in the competition. Nigel Starmer Smith and Phillip Matthews commentate.
