William Conrad stars as private investigator Frank Cannon, a big man who walks alone in a dangerous world.

Cannon is convinced that Eve Nolan is worrying unnecessarily when she begs him to find her missing brother. But Cannon's investigation threatens the well-kept secret of two ruthless men - and makes both himself and Eve targets for murder.
