Big Jake

on BBC One London

Starring John Wayne, Richard Boone, Maureen O'Hara

Following a vicious raid on the McCandles' ranch, the young grandson of the family is kidnapped and held to ransom for $1 million. It's time for the head of the family, Big Jake, to swing into action. 'The Duke' is ideally cast in this tough turn-of-the-century western, which mixes comedy and adventure on its way to a rousing climax.
