Tonight starring

Terry Malloy , an ex-boxer, loafs about New York's racket-ridden dockland - a strong-arm man for the corrupt leader of the dockers' union. When a docker is murdered by the gangsters Terry discovers a dawning sense of personal responsibility through his growing love for the dead man's sister.
