Dr. Hayes came to this country a few days ago from Egypt, where he has been examining the recent finds made by Egyptian archaeologists. He gives his views of the ' boats of Cheops,' the Third Dynasty burial at Saqqara, and the temple-palace of Seti I at Abydos.
