The Laugh Parade: You Know what Sailors are

on BBC One London

Tonight's comedy film stars Akim Tamiroff, Donald Sinden, Sarah Lawson, Naunton Wayne

Having spliced just one too many mainbraces, Lieut Sylvester Green (Donald Sinden) finds that an innocent prank has serious but hilarious repercussions as he is held captive in a Middle East country.
However, his 'captors' turn out to be 30 beautiful girls-one of the brightest arrays of talent to grace the screen since the days of the Goldwyn Girls.
Akim Tamiroff provides a good share of the fun as the President of Agraria whose mishandling of the English language provides many delightful moments.
