Composer of the Week: Buxtehude

In spite of his abiding reputation as an organist, during his lifetime Buxtehude was known as an impresario, composer, conductor and fixer of the Abendmusik concerts in Lubeck. Donald Macleod discovers the cantatas and oratorios which made up the programmes.
