Mind Picture : Imagine Donnegan standing at the door of the saloon in "White Horse," a small town in the West of Arizona. Old Mac, a miner, who has been rendered almost completely deaf in a mine blast accident, drifts along to buy some tobacco, and enters into conversation with the saloon keeper. Donnegan sees Mac approach, begins to speak.
