What Is to be done?
In periods of national crisis there are always more questions than answers. The question in the title was originally posed by Lenin; this first programme in the new series of Analysis applies it to our current ills in Britain.
A year after joining the Common Market our conflicts with our partners in Europe are almost as sharp as those which divide us on industrial and social issues at home.
