Rough Justice

on BBC One London

with David Jessel.
A Convenient Conviction. Paul and Wayne Darvell are serving life sentences for murder. They are poorly educated, homeless and eccentric. Rough Justice believes they are also innocent. There was no forensic evidence against them, but under police questioning Wayne Darvell made a statement saying he watched his brother carry out the killing. What the jury never knew, and what Rough Justice has discovered, is that Wayne has a lifelong history of confessing to things he did not do. So, has justice been done, or is it all too much of 'a convenient conviction'? Studio director NIGEL FINNIS
Executive producer RITCHIE COGAN Series producer STEPHEN PHELPS
