Walnut Tree Farm is a 450-year-old wooden farmhouse, buried under a blanket of ivy and wild honeysuckle, in Suffolk. Its owner, the writer and conservationist Roger Deakin, introduced his home in The House in February 2004. Now he presents his garden after which the farm is named. In this evocative and personal portrait, Deakin offers an intimate record of the changing soundscape of the garden as the seasons unfold.
