When a cop is murdered on army property, ex-military policeman Jay Austin is assigned to work with his former commanding officer and sworn enemy Lt Colonel Caldwell. As the investigation continues and the animosity increases, the pair uncover a violent conspiracy that goes to the heart of the San Francisco military base called the Presidio.
