Teenager Rynn Jacobs lives in seclusion with her father whom no one ever sees. When their suspicious landlady forces her way into the house, Rynn accidentally kills her and decides to hide the body with the help of a friend. Soon she is confronted with Frank, the landlady's son, who has guessed her secret and decides to take advantage of the situation.
