SIR H. KINGSLEY WOOD was elected M.P. for Woolwich West in 1918. He introduced the Summer Time Bill and the Allotments Bill in 1924. He has been associated in the writing of a number of books on Insurance and other matters, and is active on many committees dealing with philanthropic and social work. His father was the Rev. Arthur Wood, a Wesleyan Minister.,
