BBC Proms 97

on BBC Radio 3

Stephen Kovacevich returns live to the Proms and the Royal Albert Hall, London, with Beethoven's youthful and effervescent first concerto. The BBC Philharmonic's associate composer, Peter Maxwell Davies, begins a series of new works inspired by his friend, poet George Mackay Brown.
