Animal Hospital 8.00pm BBC 1
It's zoo time for Rolf Harris and the team as they switch their attention from poorly pets to exotic wildlife. Shifting location from north London's Harmsworth Hospital to Whipsnade Wild Animal Park in Bedfordshire, Rolf Harris and the team, including new (cub?) reporter Shauna Lowry, watch the vets tend to the some of the park's 2,500 animals. The first programme reports on the eggs laid by a very confused Australian emu in the winter snow instead of the summer and the chronic arthritis of Anna the elephant.
