There is a new chair at the University of Edinburgh. It is occupied by Professor Robert Morris , who includes the possibility that goldfish can send telepathic messages to other goldfish among his research interests.
Professor Morris is the first holder of the Koestler Chair of Parapsychology.
In conversation with Dr Nicholas Humphrey , he discusses the present state of research into the paranormal, and outlines his strategies for bringing scientific rigour to the field.
