The biraderi is the extended clan or tribal network which governs Britain's Pakistani community. In the second programme, Navid Akhtar learns about the efforts of the biraderi elders to reconnect with some of the errant members, the younger generation by sending them back to Pakistan for "village rehab", with sometimes disastrous consequences.
