Tomorrow's World: The Prince of Wales Award for Industrial Innovation and Production

on BBC One London

Tonight Tomorrow's World visits Highgrove, the country home of Their Royal Highnesses The Prince and Princess of Wales, where the winner of this year's Award was invited to receive the trophy from His Royal Highness.

Last June, eight finalists were selected for their original ideas and inventions. Since then their progress in turning those ideas into marketable products has been followed and assessed by a panel of judges chaired by Sir Monty Finniston, which has chosen the overall winner.

This programme reports on the different ways each of the finalists has tackled the task of getting his ideas into production and finding a market.

Presented by Kieran Prendiville, Judith Hann, Peter Macann and Maggie Philbin
