Remembrance Sunday - the Cenotaph

In memory of those who laid down their lives in the two World Wars, the Queen lays a wreath of poppies at the Cenotaph. The Bishop of London, the Rt Rev Richard Chartres, conducts an act of worship, which is followed by the traditional march-past of over 10,000 ex-servicemen and women, organised by the Royal British Legion. The programme also joins a service in Inveraray, Strathclyde. With Tom Fleming. Highlights can be seen at 9.30pm on BBC2.
